  1. Communication Policy: It is our policy to respond to our client's correspondence within: five (5) business days.

  2. Security Policy: It is against our policy to manage our client's accounts including: social media acount passwords, crypto wallet keys, or similar security aspects.

  3. Token Policy: It is against our policy to assist our clients if we notice they are responsible for: non-fungible token (NFT) rug pulls, token disappearances, token manipulation of total supply, maximum supply, or similar token aspects.
